The Course
How does it work?
Once your booking is made, we will contact you to discuss the course layout, obstacles and any added extras you may want. Once these are finalised the booking will be confirmed and we will handle everything.
On the day of the booking we will deliver the course to the venue, assemble it and leave enough putters and balls for your guests to enjoy. When the event is finished we will dismantle and collect the course, leaving no trace it was there.
How long does it take to set up?
For a 9 hole course, we ask that you allow at least 90 minutes of set up time prior to your event beginning. This allows enough time for the removal of the course from the van, construction of the holes and a quick briefing for the person left in charge.

For hire of less than 9 holes this set up time will be quicker, but generally it takes at least 10 minutes per hole for assembly.
How much space do I need?
Thanks to the modular design each hole of each course can be designed to fit the space you have available. Each putting piece is 80x80cm and generally holes require a minimum of 3 pieces to create an exciting challenge.
Where can I put the course?
The course can be set up anywhere, inside or outside that has relatively even ground. The holes site directly on the surface, so any uneven ground will effect the roll of the ball.
Slight elevation changes are manageable, but extremely uneven ground or steep gradients will not be suitable.
Are there any access requirements?
The modular nature of the course and boards allows for most aspects of the course to be easily moved through doors of any size.
Each board is a maximum of 80cm(W) x 80cm(L) x 10cm(H) which allows them to fit up stairwells, elevators or narrow doors.

Some of the larger obstacles have minimum width requirements that make them more difficult to access certain venues. This will be highlighted and discussed upon booking.
Are the packages flexible?
Set packages are available for hire, but if you would like to book something different, or add additional holes, please contact us for a quote.
We are always happy to be flexible with what is hired and timescales.
What if I'm outside of Sussex?
We are always happy to travel further afield, particularly in London and the South East. Additional costs may be added to the booking for bookings made outside of Sussex.
It's always best to contact us before making the booking if this the case, but if you have already made the booking we will do everything we can to ensure the booking is fulfilled.
